The AstroGAZİ Community, whose academic advisor is our department faculty member Prof. Dr. Uygar Kanlı, together with the Education without Obstacles Community, under the leadership of the Office of Astronomy for Education (OAE) headquartered in Italy, the National Astronomy Education Coordinators (NAEC) and astronomy clubs will organize the "Equal Day: Astronomy for Peace" event on March 20, 2025 on the equinox; "There is a star for everyone in the sky, which one is yours?" themed activity will include Sunspot Observation, Barrier-Free Workshops and Planet Observation activities especially for individuals with special needs.
